Easy Fund-Raising
Each participant builds a customized giving page and link that they can share with their friends and family. We routinely see over half of our student missionaries raise the entire cost of their trip.

Whether your group has 15 students or 150, every trip is carefully planned to combine discipleship, service, and fun adventure.
We are your partners in discipleship. Christian Schools
GO Tours partners with Christian schools of all sizes, including those accredited through ACSI, CSI, and other recognized educational networks. We work closely with school leaders to design travel experiences that align with their mission, values, and educational goals.
Home School Co-ops
We also serve homeschool co-ops and independent learning communities, including groups from Classical Conversations and many other curricula networks. GO Tours helps these groups coordinate meaningful and organized travel experiences that bring their learning to life.
Churches
GO Serve partners directly with churches—including youth ministries, student life programs, and adult service groups. Mobilize your church body by turning missions ideas into reality. You can either adopt one of our established ministries or bring your own partner to visit and strengthen your existing long-term missionaries on the field. We handle the logistics so you can focus on serving.
Universities
We partner with universities to create custom missions programs that allow university students practical application of their studies. Whether it is medical outreach for pre-med majors or outreach opportunities for missional living courses our custom approach will help your students grow while meeting real needs.

We’ve refined a proven process for planning and executing student group travel that takes the stress out of logistics and enhances every educational tour. Because schools and groups value customized itineraries and tailored experiences, our approach is designed to deliver both at every stage of the journey.
Initial Meeting: Start by discussing your group’s vision, discipleship needs, and travel goals with a dedicated GO Serve advisor.
Receive Approval & Match: Review the proposed ministry site and itinerary details, and finalize the partnership for your trip.
Recruit Your Team: Mobilize your students and leaders using the confirmed dates and mission focus.
Logistics and Planning: Work with our team to finalize all necessary travel arrangements, insurance, budgets, and detailed itineraries.
On-Trip Service & Growth: Travel to your site and focus on meaningful service while engaging in the structured spiritual elements we plan together.
Post-Trip Debrief & Support: Conclude your trip with a purposeful debrief session and receive long-term resources to sustain the partnership with the ministry site.
Location Selection
Selecting the right ministry location is essential to ensuring your trip meets its service goals and results in a mutual blessing for both your team and our partners. GO Serve works directly with you to match your group with a ministry seeking partnership for ultimate long term fit.
We consider key factors such as: ministry needs, your group’s discipleship needs, and your travel goals (dates, type of travel, cost etc.). This collaborative planning ensures that the selected site is perfectly aligned with your team’s resources and vision, providing maximum impact on the field.
Shepherding
A mission trip is not just about service; it’s a powerful time for growing closer to the Lord. We recognize that the trip itself is a vital opportunity for deep discipleship and spiritual formation.
We partner with your leaders to create a dedicated plan to shepherd your team throughout the mission. This includes facilitating structured quiet times in the morning, leading team worship and devotionals in the evening, and guiding a purposeful trip debrief.
We offer complete flexibility: we can handle these spiritual elements entirely for you, or we can simply support and resource your leaders as they take the primary role. Either way, we ensure this incredible journey of service becomes a rich time of focused spiritual growth for every participant.

We work with major airlines and reliable local rental companies to provide seamless travel that fits your group’s schedule, budget, and comfort preferences. Every step is carefully planned to minimize travel time while maximizing convenience for participants..
Dining Experiences
Meals are more than just food—they are an opportunity for fellowship, reflection, and shared experiences. GO Serve coordinates meal options that balance convenience, quality, and budget while accommodating dietary needs. From group-friendly restaurants to local culinary experiences, every meal is integrated seamlessly into the itinerary.
We review dining preferences and requirements with administrators and leaders, ensuring each experience aligns with the group’s expectations. This collaboration helps students enjoy meals safely and comfortably, while fostering community and giving everyone a chance to rest and refuel for the next day of serving.
Accommodations
Selecting the right lodging is essential for a safe, comfortable, and successful tour. GO Serve partners with hotels and lodging providers that offer quality accommodations for groups of all sizes, carefully balancing comfort, location, and cost.
Hotel lodging, ministry camp lodging, or sleeping on church floors each have their strengths and weaknesses. We work with school leaders and co-op organizers to determine the best fit for each group.
Every accommodation is chosen to support both the group’s logistical needs and the overall purpose of the trip, creating a safe, welcoming environment where students can recharge and enjoy their journey.
Logistics & Safety
Behind every successful missions trip is careful planning and attention to detail. GO Serve manages all logistics—from travel documentation and group communications to emergency protocols and insurance—so administrators and chaperones can focus on leading students and facilitating learning.
