Tell us about your group's vision, discipleship goals, and travel timeline. Most groups start planning 10–18 months before their expected trip.
2. Choose Your Path
Decide whether you'd like to go international, stay closer to home, or bring your own ministry connection.
3. Receive Approval & Match
Review your proposed ministry site and itinerary, and finalize the partnership for your trip.
4. Recruit & Fundraise
Mobilize your students and leaders. Each participant gets a customized giving page — we routinely see over half of our student missionaries raise their entire trip cost.
5. Travel & Serve
We handle the logistics — airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and safety procedures — so you can focus on the mission.
