These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goserveteams.org (the "Site"), operated by GO Tours LLC on behalf of its GO Serve missions program ("GO Serve," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. This is a draft prepared for GO Serve's review and has not been reviewed by an attorney; please have counsel review it before treating it as final.

Use of the Site

This Site provides information about GO Serve's mission trip programs and allows you to submit inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the contact form (for example, by submitting false information or attempting to disrupt the Site).

Not a Booking or Payment Platform

This Site does not process trip bookings or payments. Mission trip registration, itineraries, and payments are handled through our sister company GO Tours' booking platform, WeTravel, and are subject to WeTravel's own terms and any separate agreement between you and GO Tours/GO Serve. Submitting the contact form on this Site is an inquiry only and does not constitute a booking, reservation, or contract.

Seller of Travel Disclosure

GO Tours LLC is fully licensed as a Seller of Travel in California, CA SOT #2150239-50, is Surety-Bonded, and is a Member of the California Travel Restitution Fund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to GO Tours LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

This Site links to third-party sites, including gotours.org and WeTravel. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO Tours LLC and GO Serve will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
