Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how GO Serve, a program of GO Tours LLC ("GO Serve," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit goserveteams.org (the "Site") or submit an inquiry to us. This is a draft policy prepared for GO Serve's review and has not been reviewed by an attorney; please have counsel review it before treating it as final.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, school or church organization, role, and any message or details you choose to share. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to respond to your inquiry.
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (see "Analytics & Cookies" below) that automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you found our Site.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule mission trip consultations
• To communicate with you about GO Serve and GO Tours programs, if you've opted in to receive emails
• To understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it
• To meet legal, regulatory, and safety obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymized and pseudonymized usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings to block third-party cookies.

Contact Form Submissions

Our contact form is processed through Netlify Forms, a service provided by our website host, Netlify, Inc. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our team by email. We retain contact form submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, or as required by law.

Third-Party Services

Scheduling a mission trip, making a payment, or booking travel happens through our sister company's booking platform, WeTravel, and not directly on this Site. Any information you provide to WeTravel is governed by WeTravel's own privacy policy, not this one. Links on our Site to gotours.org or other third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Children's Privacy

This Site and its contact form are intended for use by school administrators, church leaders, parents, and other adults planning a mission trip on behalf of a group — not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this Site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain uses. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including relying on Netlify's and Google's security practices for form processing and analytics. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
